Around 6:10 p.m. the Star Security Systems technical team arrived at the First Community Bank to release the trapped customers from the bank's vault.
According to a statement released by S3 earlier this afternoon, the technical team plans to have the vault opened and the customers released by 7:00 p.m.
Earlier this afternoon around 2:00 p.m., information was received that several people were trapped inside the bank's vault during the attempted robbery.
Due to technical malfunctions, the customers remained trapped in the air-tight vaults.The company has assured that there is enough oxygen in the vaults to last the trapped customers the whole evening.
Four men in suits from S3 arrived on-scene carrying a yellow toolbox and a couple of suitcases.
